Media research and insights company Kantar Media announces iPad & iPhone applications for its popular media monitoring and intelligence service.
Organisations using the Kantar Media services to monitor mentions of their brands as well as market issues across traditional and social media will be able to view their daily media briefings from the Apple iPad. The Media Briefings are already accessible from other internet enabled mobile devices including smartphones and blackberries.
"Brands need fast access to data on the current status of their brands' reputation online and offline so that they can effectively monitor and respond to opportunities and crises," said François Nicolon, international marketing director, Kantar Media Intelligence Europe. "Giving our clients choice in how,-whenever and wherever- they access brand intelligence helps them keep a closer eye on their brands' reputation."
While customers can already access their Media Briefings from any internet-enabled device, the dedicated iPad and iPhone applications will enhance the user experience, enabling users to finger-play the news from the client's industry sector and view at their convenience.
Kantar Media Intelligence tracks brand and market mentions across a wide range of media including print, TV, radio, Web and social media.
The iPad and iPhone applications will be available first in France from January, and then extended to the other Kantar Media divisions in Europe in 2011.
